Mentorship is of vital importance for the success of the next generation of healthcare leaders. It is a key pillar of our mission here at Black Girl White Coat. We are aware of the difficulties that arise when trying to find a mentor who has both your best interest at heart and the availability to offer words of wisdom and advice along the way. We hope that through the BGWC Mentorship Program we can help establish and facilitate valuable relationships by matching qualified and high achieving mentors with eager and hardworking mentees.

Black Girl White Coat is looking to gear up for our 2021 spring Mentorship Program debut, and we need your help!
Our program caters to future healthcare professionals who identify as a member of a racial group traditionally underrepresented in medicine. In order to be a mentor, we ask that you are either (A) enrolled in professional school at this time or (B) currently practicing in your respective healthcare career field. If you are passionate about mentoring in this capacity, please review the Mentor & Mentee Guidelines and apply via the link below.
